Everything sold on clskillshub.com is a digital product, delivered to your email the moment your payment clears. Because you receive the full product immediately and it cannot be returned, all sales are final.

If your purchase does not deliver

If you paid and did not receive your download or unlock link, or the files you received are wrong or broken, email team@clskills.in with the email you used at checkout. We will fix the delivery and make sure you get what you paid for. This is the fastest way to reach a real person, and we read every message.

If a product is not what you expected

Every product page shows exactly what is inside before you buy, and the free 75-page Claude guide lets you see the quality of the work at no cost first. We keep the free tier generous on purpose so you can judge before you spend anything. If a paid product still falls short for you, reply to your purchase email and tell us. We would rather make it right, usually by giving you access to another product that fits better, than leave you unhappy.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, which accepts cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We never see or store your full card details.
