For salons & barbershops

Your stylist is mid-color. The phone rings. Now it gets answered.

We install a voice receptionist on your salon line that picks up every call, finds the right slot in your booking calendar, and only sends a human to the phone when something genuinely needs you. Built for Square Appointments, Cal.com, GlossGenius, and Boulevard.

Live demo
Hear the receptionist answer right now.

The flow, end to end

You keep your number. The AI sits behind it.

STEP 1
Customer dials
Your existing salon number, just like always.
STEP 2
Carrier forwards
Your AT&T / Verizon / Spectrum line silently forwards to a Twilio line we set up for you.
STEP 3
AI answers
Picks up in under 1 second. Speaks as your salon. Knows your services and prices.
STEP 4
Books the slot
Writes straight into Square, Cal.com, GlossGenius, or Google Calendar. Sends an SMS confirmation.
Setup is one carrier code, takes 60 seconds. On most US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Spectrum) you dial *72 on your business phone, then enter our forwarding number. To turn it off and take calls yourself again, dial *73. We walk you through it on day 5, you keep total control.
What it does on a real call

A real call, transcribed.

Agent: Hi, you have reached Glow LA. This is your booking assistant. Are you looking to book, reschedule, or ask a quick question?
Caller: Yeah, I want a haircut for Saturday.
Agent: Great. Are you a current client, or new?
Caller: New.
Agent: Welcome. Our women's cut is 60 minutes at $85 with Mia, $110 with Sasha. Saturday I have 11:15 AM with Mia or 2:45 PM with Sasha. Which works?
Caller: Eleven fifteen.
Agent: Perfect. Can I get your name and a number for confirmation texts?
Total call: 1 minute 6 seconds. Booking lands in your Square calendar before the caller hangs up.

Common salon-owner questions

What we get asked the most.

Will my regulars hate it?

We tested this with 30 salon clients. The agent answers in under 1 second, books faster than a human, and you can give it a custom voice. Regulars notice it is a tool but say they prefer it to voicemail. The trick is who picks up the call when, not whether AI is doing it.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. We forward your existing line to the agent during the hours you pick. After-hours only, lunch hour, weekends, all hours. Your call.

What happens if it gets a question wrong?

It says a polite version of 'let me have someone call you back' and drops a transcript in your email. We watch the first 50 calls live with you and tune anything weird before it becomes a pattern.

Square / GlossGenius / Boulevard — which booking systems work?

Square Appointments, Cal.com, Google Calendar, GlossGenius, and Boulevard are the most common. If you use something else, tell us in the demo request, we will check.

Can I cancel?

Yes. After your first month, cancel any time, no fees, no questions. Setup fees are non-refundable since they cover real work done on your account.

California-compliant out of the box
California requires AI agents to identify themselves on commercial calls (SB 1001). Our agents open every call with a one-line disclosure built into the script. We also follow TCPA and CCPA standards: no recordings without consent, no resale of caller data, full transcripts to your inbox.

Tell us about your salon.

I personally onboard the first 30 customers, so the reply is from me, not an SDR. Mention your salon name, city, and which booking system you use.

Bonus for the first 10 LA salons: we waive the $497 setup fee and cover your first month of Twilio costs. You only pay if you keep it past day 7.
