Scope and delivery terms
We confirm availability and an exact delivery date before payment. The target turnaround is five business days from the agreed start date, after the agreed inputs are received. There is no obligation to buy after a scope check.
If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we will offer a revised date for your approval or a full refund. You may cancel for a full refund before work starts. After work starts, contact us about incomplete or non-conforming work; these service terms and your applicable consumer rights apply. One revision to the agreed workflow is included for 14 days after delivery.
